Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif perfectionné pour prélever un échantillon de vendange et en extraire le jus. Ce dispositif est caractérisé par la combinaison de moyens de prélèvement associés à un ensemble de production de jus, qui comprend des moyens de foulage, de pressage, de filtration. L'invention trouve une application principale dans la détermination du degré mustimétrique de la vendange.
