Abstract

Tête de filage pour la fabrication de fils à plusieurs composants à structure matrice-filament avec système mélangeur propre monté en amont de chaque ouverture de filage pour au moins deux composants polymères. Chaque système mélangeur 7, monté en amont des différentes ouvertures de filage 6 est constitué par un certain nombre de feuilles métalliques stratifiées présentant des ouvertures de passage externes dans leur zone marginale et/ou des ouvertures de passage internes dans leur zone intérieure, au moins une partie des feuilles métalliques étant munies de fentes directrices radiales raccordées aux ouvertures de passage internes et/ou externes.
