Abstract

Le four de cuisson comprend des moyens de chauffage et des supports 17 montés en rotation suivant un axe vertical, destines à recevoir chacun plusieurs galettes 19. La façade 14 du four comprend deux séries d'ouvertures 15 disposées les unes au-dessus des autres, en regard des supports rotatifs 17, des moyens pour introduire des galettes 19 par l'une des deux séries d'ouvertures et déposer ces dernières sur les supports rotatifs, et des moyens pour évacuer automatiquement les galettes cuites par l'autre série d'ouvertures, après rotation des supports 17 entre les ouvertures d'introduction 15 des galettes 19 et les ouvertures d'évacuation. Application, notamment, à la cuisson des galettes arabes.
