Abstract

Procédé de traitement des graines ou céréales. Ce procédé consiste à soumettre les graines ou céréales à l'action d'un gaz constitué en majeure partie ou uniquement par de l'oxygène. Ce traitement peut être effectué dans un récipient fermé qui peut comporter un couvercle flexible constitue par un diaphragme. Application notamment à la germination de l'orge pour la fabrication de malt et avant semis.
