Abstract
Pour la réalisation de condensateurs multicouches céramiques présentant des électrodes intermédiaires en métaux non précieux, tels que du nickel et du cobalt, ne conviennent que les diélectriques présentant une température de frittage basse correspondante. A cet effet entrent en ligne de compte les masses céramiques à base de zirconates alcalino-terreux, dont jusqu'à 10 % en moles du zirconium peut être remplacé par du titane, le composé de base de Pérowskite stoechiométrique présentant une composition de E(Zr1-x Tix )O3 alcalin terreux avec O < x <= 0,07 étant additionné de fer ou de nickel ou de manganèse comme substance de dopage, après quoi le tout est fritté dense dans une atmosphère réductrice. Application : condensateurs multicouches céramiques.
