Abstract

L'invention a pour but d'améliorer l'insonorisation obtenue par l'application d'une masse, nappe ou feuille insonorisante sur un objet ou un corps à insonoriser. La masse, nappe ou feuille 2, appliquée par exemple sur une tôle 1, est à base de bitumes ou de matières thermoplastique et/ou de résines naturelles ou synthétiques et peut se gonfler par action de la chaleur en une structure poreuse formant mousse en présentant des pores fermés 3 (au moins 20 %) et des pores ouverts 4, la matière pouvant contenir un agent de dégagement de gaz pour la formation en mousse. La masse, nappe ou feuille est applicable à l'insonorisation de tôles de carrosseries.
