Abstract

Disque de frein ventilé pour frein de grande puissance, comprenant deux parties annulaires espacées 11 et 12 centrées sur un même axe, dont les surfaces de friction sont dirigées vers l'extérieur, les faces arrière 20 des parties il et 12 qui sont opposées face à face étant réunies par des nervures espacées. Le disque comprend des nervures radialement intérieures 14 et des nervures radialement extérieures 13. Chaque nervure intérieure 14 est inclinée sur le rayon correspondant du disque, de sorte que la série de nervures intérieures 14 refoule de l'air de refroidissement dans les espaces 15 compris entre les parties annulaires il et 12. Les nervures intérieures et extérieures 14 et 13 sont imbriquées de manière que les nervures intérieures 14 dirigent l'air dans les espaces compris entre les nervures extérieures. Ce disque de frein est particulièrement applicable aux automobiles de course.
