Abstract

The saw is used for cutting workpieces to equal length, the cutting heads (5, 6) being moved by two screws (36), stop guide moving with the left cutting head. At the front of the machine is an ejecting table with chains (10). The screws are square threaded to give rapid adjustment with two jaw type clamps at each end. The machine includes an automatic adjuster, an indexing mechanism being included for the clamps.
