Abstract

La présente invention concerne de nouveaux mélanges de polymères d'halogénure de vinyle ayant des propriétés améliorées de résistance aux chocs. Selon la présente invention, la composition polymère d'halogénure de vinyle greffé de polyoléfine hydrocarbonée susceptible d'être moulée en un article résistant au choc est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un élastomère thermoplastique séquence où la proportion dominante des unités monomères est constituée de résidus d'un mono-alcényl-arène de la série du benzène ou du naphtalène ayant de 8 à 20 atomes de carbone et d'un hydrocarbure alcadiénique conjugué ayant de 4 à 10 atomes de carbone, la proportion de l'élastomère séquencé étant d'environ 1 à 20 % par rapport au poids combiné du polymère greffé et de l'élastomère séquencé. Application à la formation d'articles moulés.
