Abstract

L'invention concerne une presse à cintrer. Un tube 9 repose sur deux basculeurs 3 et 4 solidaires d'une console inférieure 1. Un nez 2, dont le coulissement vertical est commandé par un vérin 21, est muni d'un outil formeur 22 qui vient presser sur le tube 9 entre les deux basculeurs. Deux vérins hydrauliques à double effet 10 et 11 freinent tout d'abord la rotation des basculeurs, puis conduisent ceux-ci jusqu'à leur position de fin de course. Application : cintrage de tubes jusqu'à 180 degrés et plus.
