Abstract

a. Procédé et appareil pour fabriquer en continu et à une cadence rapide des capsules métalliques comportant une doublure collée par la chaleur à la paroi intérieure de leur extrémité. b. Le procédé consiste à faire circuler un courant induit de haute fréquence dans l'extrémité d'une coquille en aluminium à la paroi interieure de laquelle a été appliquée une couche d'apprêt, à transporter ladite coquille le long d'un conducteur de haute fréquence, tout en maintenant la hauteur à laquelle elle flotte dans des limites prédéterminées, à amener le bord de la coquille flottante en contact avec une paroi de guidage et à fournir à la couche d'apprêt une résine thermoplastique après que l'extrémité de la coquille a été portée à la température d'adhérence thermique. L'invention décrit aussi un générateur de haute fréquence qui permet de chauffer la coquille métallique de manière uniforme. c. Fabrication de capsules de bouchage, notamment pour boissons gazeuses.
