Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de traitement de dispersions aqueuses. La concentration dans une zone de solides contenus dans une dispersion aqueuse est augmentée selon la présente invention par utilisation d'électroendosmose. Dans la dispersion aqueuse, sont prévus une première cathode 1, des anodes 3 espacées de la première cathode, des secondes cathodes 2 entre la première cathode et les anodes, et des moyens pour établir un potentiel électrique continu entre les première et secondes cathodes d'une part et les anodes d'autre part. Application aux traitements de boues dans des bassins de décantation de très grandes surfaces (plusieurs hectares).
