Abstract

Détection et évaluation de l'encrassement d'échangeurs de chaleur, sous l'action de liquides chauffés. Ce procédé consiste à chauffer le liquide, à lui ajouter une solution ou une suspension renfermant un ou plusieurs agents d'encrassement minéraux et/ou organiques, à faire passer ledit liquide dans un échangeur de chaleur tubulaire d'essai puis à mesurer l'augmentation de chute de pression et/ou de température dans ledit échangeur pendant une période de temps donnée. Lutte contre l'encrassement de divers conduits (échangeurs de chaleur) de raffineries ou analogues, traversés par des liquides chauds renfermant des agents d'encrassement (huiles, pétrole brut, etc.).
