Abstract

Procédé pour la préparation d'une huile ayant un résidu de carbone Ramsbottom de moins de 5 %, une teneur en nickel inférieure à 1,0 ppm en poids et une teneur en vanadium inférieure à 2,5 ppm en poids. Une huile d'une teneur en pentane asphaltènes inférieure à 0,2 % est hydrotraitée si le résidu de carbone Ramsbottom est supérieur à 5 %, on utilise un catalyseur d'une haute activités; si le résidu de carbone Ramsbottom est inférieur à 5 %, on utilise un catalyseur d'une basse activité. Cette huile est utilisable comme charge pour un procédé de craquage catalytique.
