Abstract

The universal mounting rail has an oblong profiled section preferably extruded and of shallow U-section, with very wide flat flanges extending outwards at right angles to the arms of the U, being for the mounting of cable clips in a flood light mast. A relatively narrow gap (4) is left between the flanges (2, 3) and in the bottom of the U are one or more openings for the heads of mounting bolts in the mast wall. The rail prevents the bolts from turning. Each opening can be of keyhole section, while at one end of the rail is an insertion opening to allow fixing of the rail to the mast wall.
