Abstract

Cette soupape est destinée à commander le modulateur hydraulique du plateau oscillant du compresseur de façon à maintenir la pression à une valeur constante, cette pression agit sur un soufflet étanche 330. Une pompe entraînée par le compresseur transmet continuellement le fluide sous haute pression à la cavité d'entrée de la soupape et agit sur la bille de soupape chargée par un ressort pour appliquer cette bille sur son siège afin d'interrompre l'écoulement du fluide hydraulique lorsque la pression de commande de l'installation atteint le niveau de la pression de tarage de la soupape. Lorsque la pression de commande de l'installation tombe au-dessous de cette pression de tarage, le soufflet se dilate en se dirigeant vers le poussoir de la soupape, qui soulève alors la bille de son siège, en permettant ainsi au fluide à haute pression de s'écouler de la cavité d'entrée au cylindre du modulateur, ce qui réduit la course des pistons du compresseur. Lorsque la pression de l'installation atteint de nouveau la pression de tarage de la soupape, le soufflet se contracte et laisse des moyens élastiques, qui combinent leur action à celle du fluide hydraulique à haute pression qui agit sur la bille, rapprocher la bille de son siège pour étrangler le débit de fluide hydraulique de la soupape.
