Abstract

Produits de cimenterie. Ces mortiers contiennent, avec la quantité d'eau nécessaire, un ciment hydraulique, une matière de charge telle que le sable, un agent de rétention de l'humidité du genre éther de cellulose en proportions de 0,05 à 3 % en poids sur les matières sèches et un activateur de rétention de l'humidité qui consiste en une substance organique portant au moins un groupe fonctionnel polaire capa le d'association avec l'eau, cet activateur n'ayant pas par lui-même des propriétés épaississantes mais provoquant un accroissement de la rétention de l'humidité par le mortier aqueux. Mortiers secs retenant l'humidité pour revêtements minces, pose de carrelages, jointoiment.
