Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de détection et de mesure de dépôt. Une sonde plongée dans un liquide dont la tendance au dépôt doit être contrôlée comporte essentiellement une surface d'essai et une surface de référence chauffées par des éléments chauffants individuels. La différence de température entre les deux surfaces est mesurée et donne directement une indication sur la tendance à la formation d'un déôt. Diverses compensations sont apportées par des circuits électriques pour augmenter au maximum la sensibilité. L'invention s'applique notamment à la détection précoce de formations de tartre dans un circuit de refroidissement par eau.
