Abstract

La présente invention est relative à un procédé de préparation de rifampicine, caractérisé en ce qu'on fait réagir la rifamycine S, dans un solvant aprotique dipolaire, avec une hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine trisubstituée en positions 1,3,5, à une température de 20 à 100 degrés C, puis on fait alors réagir avec la 1-amino-4-méthylpipérazine tout en maintenant le pH dans la gamme de 5 à 7, et enfin on isole la rifampicine formée Ce procédé permet également d'obtenir de nouveaux dérivés de rifamycine à activité antibiotique.
