Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de stockage et de prétraitement d'effluents très fermentescibles à cycle d'émission diurne, consistant à stocker au fur et à mesure, après dégrillage, un volume d'effluents correspondant au moins à un jour de rejets, à brasser le liquide stocké par circulation permanente sur une surface de ruissellement, à l'évacuer à débit déterminé selon un cycle diurne vers une station publique d'épuration finale, et un dispositif à lit bactérien fixe pour sa mise en oeuvre. Elle s'applique en particulier au traitement de rejets des cuves de vinification.
