Abstract
La présente invention a pour objet la conversion d'un résidu hydrocarboné à point d'ébullition élevé, contenant plus de 3 ppm d'équivalent nickel de métaux et des asphaltènes formant du coke. Elle est caractérisée en ce qu'on injecte le résidu dans la partie supérieure d'une zone de craquage en montée, au contact d'un catalyseur désactivé dans des conditions réduisant le taux de conversion à une gamme comprise entre 20 et 40 %, et en ce que le produit passant au delà de 345 degrés C est ensuite mis au contact d'un catalyseur fraîchement régénéré dans la partie inférieure du réacteur en montée, dans des conditions induisant une forte conversion. Elle se rapporte à la production d'essence et de constituants hydrocarbonés à point d ébullition inférieur.
