Abstract

The moulded plastics vehicle windscreen wiper ferrule or connector (6) has two successive bends in two perpendicular planes, the trunk of the lower bend having a socket to take the arm of the driving blade (5). The top part of the connector is pinned in a transverse direction to the main holder (3) of the wiper holder (2) carrying the wiper rubber (1). The wiper holder is opened by articulation of the connector in a direction at right angles to the direction of motion of the driving arm (5) and away from the interior of the vehicle.
