Abstract

Ce circuit comporte des premier et deuxième transistors à émetteurs interconnectés, ainsi que des troisième et quatrième transistors à émetteur interconnectés. Les collecteurs des premier et troisième transistors conduisent vers une sortie du circuit d'amplification. Entre les bases interconnectées des premier et quatrième respectivement des deuxième et troisième transistors, il est possible d'appliquer un signal de réglage. A l'aide de premier et deuxième convertisseurs tension-courant, les émetteurs interconnectés des premier et deuxième transistors et les émetteurs interconnectés des troisième et quatrième transistors reçoivent du courant de signal, au moins un des deux convertisseurs ayant une entrée de signal, alors que les deux convertisseurs sont rétrocouplés vers la sortie du circuit d'amplification. Applications à la fabrication de multiplicateurs, modulateurs et démodulateurs.
