Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour traiter le charbon par la chaleur, par exemple pour sécher et/ou préchauffer du charbon pulvérisé, notamment pour alimenter avec du charbon séché et/ou préchauffé un four de cokéfaction ou de gazéification. Selon l'invention, on expose ledit charbon à l'action d'un rayonnement de micro-ondes. Application aux méthodes de pastillage et de briquettage.
