Abstract

L'invention est relative du type mettant en oeuvre l'effet CORONA, c'est-à-dire utilisant les décharges électriques formées entre deux éléments, dont l'un est relié à un générateur, à savoir un élément conducteur de l'électricité et un élément isolant. Le dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé comprend au moins deux cylindres, sensiblement de même diamètre et d'axes parallèles, dont l'un est recouvert par une couche en matériau isolant, tandis que l'autre est réalisé en matériau conducteur, et des moyens de guidage faisant passer la feuille à traiter à égale distance des deux cylindres, au moins dans le plan contenant les deux axes de ces derniers. Le procédé et le dispositif peuvent être utilisés pour rendre mouillable toute feuille en bande réalisée dans un matériau insoluble dans les solvants et non conducteur de l'électricité.
