Abstract

L'invention décrit des filtres à organe rotatif sous vide, permettant un lavage efficace de l'étoffe de filtration sans interrompre celle-ci. Recouvert d'une étoffe, un tambour est divisé en secteurs longitudinaux et tourillonne dans une cuve contenant la suspension à filtrer. Un ensemble formé d'une valve, d'un collecteur allongé à secteurs fixé à la surface interne du tambour et d'orifices percés dans le tourillon et dans le collecteur, permet l'application alternée d'un vide (aspiration de liquide) et d'une pression (refoulement d'une partie de liquide nettoyant l'étoffe). Application : séparation à froid d'une cire paraffinique solide et d'un mélange fluide d'huile brute et de solvant.
