Procédé de conservation de produits végétaux tels que fleurs et d'animaux tels que papillons. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'on revêt la totalité de la surface extérieure du corps biologique à conserver avec du blanc d'oeuf cru, puis on saupoudre la totalité de cette surface ainsi revêtue avec un produit pulvérulent et on sèche le corps ainsi traité. L'invention s'applique notamment à la décoration de pâtisserie.
