Abstract

L'appareil comprend un ensemble formant cadran 22 rotatif comprenant une série d'aimants permanents similaires peu espacés isolés thermiquement les uns des autres par un matériau isolant 92 et enfermés entre des secteurs supérieurs et inférieurs 72. Les vis à garnir sont distribuées en 38 à la périphérie de l'ensemble formant cadran où elles sont maintenues de façon magnétique par les aimants puis elles passent devant un poste de chauffage 40 et un poste 42 de distribution de poudre qui fond au contact des vis chauffées puis qui se solidifie avant que les vis n'atteignent le poste 44 d'enlèvement des vis garnies. Des secteurs 74 munies d'ailettes 82 permettent de dissiper la chaleur vers l'atmosphère, en évitant ainsi la surchauffe des organes de rotation du cadran.
