Abstract

Ce dispositif est du type de ceux qui comprennent un mandrin présentant une partie cylindrique dont le diamètre extérieur est légèrement inférieur au diamètre intérieur de l'ébauche non encore élargie, un canal traversant le mandrin et communiquant avec une source d'air comprimé, une matrice présentant une cavité intérieure dont le contour correspond à celui de l'ébauche élargie, qui est enfilée axialement sur le mandrin portant l'ébauche, et une manchette élastique montée sur la face périphérique du mandrin. Dans le dispositif selon l'invention, la manchette 11 est montée déformable entre une partie 5 du mandrin 1 déplaçable axialement et une partie 8 de ce même mandrin, immobilisable dans le même sens. Cet agencement diminue l'usure par frottement de la manchette tout en assurant un isolement parfaitement étanche de l'intérieur de l'ébauche par rapport à l'extérieur au moment de son élargissement.
