Abstract

Moule pour la fabrication de pièces comportant un profil intérieur détalonné. Il comprend un noyau de moulage 4 dont la partie arrière Il comprend, sur son pourtour, des premiers segments 27 et des seconds segments 34 disposés alternativement. Ces segments sont conformés extérieurement suivant le profil détalonné à réaliser. Les premiers segments ont des surfaces latérales 28 qui divergent vers l'intérieur. Les seconds segments ont des surfaces latérales 39 qui convergent vers l'intérieur. Tous ces segments sont montés coulissants radialement au noyau 4. Les, premiers segments 27 sont reliés positivement chacun par un guidage incliné 24 à un premier élément mobile 20 déplaçable axialement, le déplacement axial suivant 6 de ces derniers, provoquant le déplacement radial vers l'intérieur, des premiers segments 27. D'autre part, les seconds segments 34 comportent chacun un cône en creux destiné à coopérer avec l'extrémité conique d'un secpnd élément mobile 31. Le déplacement axial suivant 43, de ces derniers, provoquant le déplacement radial vers l'intérieur des seconds segments 34. Moule pour les matières plastiques ou les métaux.
