Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage comportant un modulateur de lumière commandé selon le procédé de multiplexage par répartition dans le temps. Dans ce dispositif comportant un système 2 d'affichage à cristal liquide et une plaque fluorescente 3 munie sur ses quatre côtés étroits d'une couche réfléchissante 7 et d'une fenêtre de sortie de la lumière, la couche réfléchissante 7 s'étend à une distance finie parallèlement au côté étroit de la plaque fluorescente 3 et réalise une réflexion diffuse. Application notamment aux systèmes d'affichage à cristal liquide.
