Abstract

L'invention concerne un rotor de centrifugeuse. Selon l'invention, il comporte une partie inférieure 14 avec plusieurs cavités 18 pour recevoir des échantillons; un couvercle 12 ayant une zone centrale plane, pleine et contiguë ; un moyen 36 faisant saillie de la surface inférieure du couvercle pour le relier à la partie 14; un pourtour 32 sur le couvercle autour de la zone centrale; un moyen sur le pourtour sensible à des forces induites par centrifugation pour le dévier vers la partie 14, la zone centrale du couvercle étant plus mince, que le pourtour pour améliorer cette déformation afin d'établir un engagement d'étanchéité entre le pourtour et le périmètre de la partie 14 pendant la centrifugation; et un évidement annulaire 26 placé dans la partie supérieure de la partie 14, entre un moyeu central 20 et un périmètre suréleve 24, cet évidement permettant la déformation de la zone centrale pendant la rotation du rotor. L'invention s'applique notamment à la détermination des lipoprotéines dans l'analyse du cholestérol.
