Abstract

The system generating an electrical signal from a composite optical display has a screen, a first projector, a second projector and a TV camera. The first projector forms a first portion of the display on the screen. The second projector forms a second portion of the display on the screen. Radiation from the first projector contains an IR or deep red component of lower magnitude that the radiation from the second projector. The camera is sensitive to the IR or deep red radiation and is relatively insensitive to visible radiation from the first projector.
