Abstract

Selon l'invention on fait réagir la colophane avec un polyalcool primaire en quantité au moins équivalente, on incorpore un acide arylsulfonique en quantité catalytique au début ou dans le cours de la réaction et on termine l'estérification. On obtient ainsi des esters présentant des colorations pâles, des points de ramollissement satisfaisants, et un indice d'acide inférieur à 20 environ.
