La présente invention concerne de nouvelles compositions analgésiques et antipyrétiques caractérisées en ce qu'elles contiennent à titre de principe actif, le sel de sodium de l'hémisuccinate de paracétamol, présentant une bonne solubilité dans l'eau et un gout satisfaisant.
