Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouvel adhésif se trouvant à l'état fondu à chaud. Cet adhésif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une résine de polyester insaturé autovulcanisable ayant un ou plusieurs groupes fonctionnels vulcanisables à l'air et un degré de polymérisation moyen égal à 8 ou davantage, ledit adhésif étant capable de réaliser la vulcanisation-liaison par application de la chaleur et d'une pression. L'invention permet de fournir un adhésif présentant de meilleures propriétés physiques ce qui permet de l'employer dans de nombreux domaines industriels, en particulier dans l'industrie automobile.A novel hot melt adhesive is disclosed. This adhesive is characterized in that it comprises a self-vulcanizing unsaturated polyester resin having one or more air-vulcanizable functional groups and an average degree of polymerization equal to 8 or more, said adhesive being capable of carrying out the vulcanization-bonding by application of heat and pressure. The invention makes it possible to provide an adhesive having better physical properties, which makes it possible to use it in many industrial fields, in particular in the automotive industry.
