Abstract

Verfahren zur Erzeugung dreidimensionaler Profile auf einer Werkstoffoberfläche, bei dem man einen extrudierten thermoplastischen Kunststoffstrang vorzugsweise unmittelbar nach seiner Herstellung im noch formbaren, insbesondere warmen Zustand auf eine Werkstoffoberfläche appliziert und man anschließend das applizierte Strangmaterial mit einem Formgebungsmittel, insbesondere mit einer oder mehreren Rollen, an die Werkstoffoberfläche andrückt oder anpresst wobei hierdurch gleichzeitig eine Formgebung des Strangmaterials zu einem dreidimensional geformten Profil erfolgt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Extrudat ein homogenes Gemisch ist, welches enthält:
(i) mindestens eine heißklebrige thermoplastische Masse auf Basis von Ethylen/Vinylacetat-Copolymeren (EVA), Polyamiden, Polyurethanen und/oder Polyolefinen, insbesondere amorphen Poly-α-olefinen,
