Abstract

Procédé pour la protection de concentrés alimentaires en poudre pour les animaux. On disperse le concentré alimentaire en poudre dans une solution de polymère. On introduit ensuite la dispersion obtenue dans une huile apolaire, après quoi on élimine le solvant. Ensuite on sépare les particules de concentré alimentaire protégées par le polymère de l'huile apolaire et on les lave par un solvant volatil d'huile apolaire. Applications : préparation d'aliments du bétail, des volailles et des poissons.
