Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un agent de traitement permettant d'augmenter le rendement en charbon extrait en mine profonde, les particules de charbon étant concentrées par flottation par moussage Le procédé consiste à utiliser comme promoteur ou adjuvant de moussage environ 25 à 750 g de latex de polyacrylate de sodium par tonne de charbon sec (8,5 à 250 g de polyacrylate de sodium sec par tonne de charbon sec), le polyacrylate de sodium ayant un poids moléculaire moyen d'environ 100 000 à 1 000 000 et de préférence de 1 000 000 ou plus. L'émulsion de latex contient en outre des additifs classiques.Disclosed is a method and a treatment agent for increasing the yield of coal mined in a deep mine, the coal particles being concentrated by foam flotation. The method comprises using as a promoter or a foaming aid about 25 to 750 g sodium polyacrylate latex per tonne of dry charcoal (8.5-250 g of dry sodium polyacrylate per tonne of dry charcoal), the sodium polyacrylate having an average molecular weight of about 100,000 to 1,000,000 and preferably 1,000,000 or more. The latex emulsion further contains conventional additives.
