Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un perfectionnement à un procédé de reformage catalytique d'une charge hydrocarbonée. On introduit des particules de catalyseur régénéré dans le haut d'un réacteur 1 a travers lequel les particules se déplacent par gravité, on soutire les particules du catalyseur désactivé par le bas du réacteur 1 et on fait réagir la charge, sans addition d'hydrogène dans ce réacteur; on introduit des particules de catalyseur frais ou régénéré dans le haut d'un système à empilement 2 comportant des réacteurs 3, 4 et 5 dans lesquels s'écoule par gravité le catalyseur et on soutire le catalyseur désactivé au bas du système à empilement, dans lequel on effectue la réaction; et on récupère le produit reformé de l'effluent soutiré de la zone de réaction 5. Cette disposition permet de supprimer un compresseur pour hydrogène recyclé et augmente la tolérance en coke déposé sur le catalyseur désactivé.
