Abstract

Trans-eburnamonine or 21-epi-eburnamonine of formula (I) and its acid addition salts are new. Used in treatment of cerebral oxygeneration insufficiency by oral administration of unit doses of 10-30 mg (I) to give a daily dose of 10-100mg.
