Abstract

The adjustable cycle saddle support comprises a tube with a mechanism at the top securing the saddle base so that this can be adjusted for angle or slid lengthways. It has a cradle(2) at the end of the saddle tube(1) forming a cylindrical mounting with a horizontal transverse axis, and accommodating two semi-circular jaws (4) which can turn inside it. Grip portions(4a) of the jaws bear against the lengthwise members(5) of the saddle, and a clamping device(3) presses the jaws together so as to lock the members in the jaws, and also secure the latter in the cradle at the desired angular setting.
