Abstract

The cylindrical container is fitted with a carrying handle (23) mounted centrally on a wire which has its ends inserted in a bracket (20) on the sides of the container. The container has a flat sunken lid, with an outside ring (39). The inside of this ring has a groove which catches a collar on the outside wall of the container. The outside of the lid ring is fitted with gripping ribs. The central part of the lid has a re-inforcing ring (25a) and a rim groove (27) for stacking the containers.
