Abstract

The demountable highway marker post has two or more faces which are part covered with reflective material (6). Each face receives a demountable fascia panel (7) with a window (10). The panels confine the reflective surfaces (6) to the window (10) areas. A demountable cap (11) is also provided and the cap fasteners lock the panels (7) in place. A metal stake at the base is driven into the ground, and the post may have a triangular section. The panels (7) may be fastened by studs (8) in keyhole slots (4) with a grooved bracket (9) on the head passing through a hole (5) in the post wall.
