Abstract

a. Composition et procédés pour la régulation du volume d'un système de résines chargés. b. Procédé caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend l'incorporation dans le système, avant le durcissement, d'un agent porogène du type normalement capable d'engendrer chimiquement un gaz par décomposition thermique de l'agent, le maintien du système de résine à une température inférieure à la température normale de décomposition thermique de l'agent porogène grâce à l'incorporation de la charge et une quantité telle qu'il ne se dégage pas, pendant le mélange et le durcissement du système de résines, une chaleur exothermique totale suffisante pour décomposer thermiquement l'agent porogène et faire en sorte que l'agent porogène engendre un gaz, sans l'application d'une chaleur extérieure au système et sans l'addition d'un activateur, et une quantité au moins suffisante pour inhiber le retrait du système de résines, retrait qui se produit normalement avant le durcissement. c. L'invention s'applique aux systèmes de résines chargés.
