Abstract

Le réservoir sous-marin fixe selon la présente invention comprend des chambres d'emmagasinage individuelles qui sont assemblées mutuellement en rangées sur un élément d'assise A sur le chantier, puis remorquées jusqu'à la position de pose, et immergées, l'intérieur de chaque chambre comportant une membrane de séparation souple et étanche à l'eau destinée à séparer le pétrole brut de l'eau de mer, la section inférieure du réservoir étant en communication directe avec la mer. On peut facilement soulever les sections du réservoir et les récupérer en pompant de l'air comprimé dans celles-ci.
