Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de sièges par moulage. Dans un procédé selon l'invention on dépose un matériau moussant sur une surface plane, par exemple recouverte d'une couche de renfort 3, on laisse le matériau gonfler librement, et avant polymérisation complète, on dépose sur le bloc de mousse en formation une couche de revetement 5 en tissu ou cuir synthétique qui se colle sur la mousse, puis on achève la polymérisation dans le moule 18, 19 d'une presse à mouler 22. Application à la fabrication de sièges d'automobiles.
