Abstract

Mémoire à disques magnétiques. La mémoire comporte une embase creuse 50, présentant une cavité 55 semi-annulaire à l'intérieur de laquelle est monté un boîtier de disques 33 et les mécanismes 41, 42, 43 assurant le mouvement des têtes par rapport aux disques 32. L'embase est symétrique et présente un plan neutre imaginaire 54 dans laquel se trouvent les centres de gravité du boîtier de disques et le point d'application des forces dues aux mécanismes 41, 42, 43. Cette disposition permet d'atténuer les distorsions d'origine thermique et dynamique. Mémoire utilisable notamment dans les systèmes de traitement de données.
