Abstract

L'invention concerne un frein à tambour dans lequel un mécanisme de réglage automatique est disposé entre deux segments pour maintenir un jeu fonctionnel prédéterminé entre les segments et le tambour. Le mécanisme de réglage est commandé par un cliquet dont le basculement est contrôlé par un câble fixé à une borne d'ancrage et reçu de façon coulissante dans une partie en saillie venue de matière avec l'un des segments. Application au freinage des véhicules.
