Abstract

The anti-tank missile launched from portable equipment, has an arming lever (4) which operates a switch (3) when a force (F) acts on it. This connects a power supply (1) using lithium batteries to a continuous current transformers (5) which charges up a capacitor (6) which has an output sufficient to explode the missile. At the same time, an optical or acoustic signalling device (8) is operated by a detector (7) such as a Zener diode. The signal from the capacitor passes through a switch (9) operated by a push button (10). There is a discharge resistor (13) across the capacitor.
